Admission to GIC Kanda is conducted in a transparent and merit-based manner to ensure equal opportunity for all eligible students. The process begins with the availability of application forms at the school office or through online submission, as notified by the institution. Students seeking admission must fill in the application form accurately and submit it along with the required documents, including a birth certificate, transfer certificate, previous academic record, and recent passport-size photographs.
Eligibility for admission is determined according to age criteria and academic qualifications prescribed for each class, in line with the guidelines of the Department of Education. Priority is given to students residing within the local area, though candidates from other regions may also be considered subject to availability of seats. Admission to higher classes is strictly based on performance in the previous examination and subject to a written test or interview, if applicable.
All students admitted must abide by the rules and regulations of the institution, including attendance, discipline, and participation in academic as well as co-curricular activities. Any false information or misrepresentation in the admission form will lead to immediate cancellation of admission. The decision of the school authorities will be final and binding.
