The manual containing details of school organization, duties, powers of staff, and important records as per Section 4 of the RTI Act is available in the school office. A copy of any part of this can be obtained by any person on payment of Rs. 2 per page. Please contact the Office Superintendent for this.
Any person who wishes to obtain information under this Act must make a written request or send it through electronic means in English or Hindi, along with the prescribed fee, to the Public Information Officer of the school, clearly specifying the details of the information required.
The names, designations, and contact details of the Public Information Officer and Assistant Public Information Officer are available in the school office. Parents or citizens may contact them for any assistance regarding RTI queries.
Information sought under RTI will be provided within the stipulated time frame as per the RTI Act, ensuring transparency and accountability in the functioning of the school.
